The Management Board of President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum is a Government agency, responsible for all the tasks and authorities of a Government agency according to the provisions of Decree No. 61/2022/ND-CP dated September 12, 2022 of the Government.
The Management Board of President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum is responsible to ensure absolute security for President Ho Chi Minh's body; management, providing safeguard secure, ceremonies; Execute activities at President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum, Ba Dinh Square, Monument to War Heroes and Martyrs, People's Reception Area, President Ho Chi Minh's Monument at Da Chong, Ba Vi District, Hanoi City (also known as K9 Relic Area) and other related constructions and architectures; Organizing and implementing workloads in accordance with the provisions of law.
